The Grand Rapids Rowing Association is proud to announce a partnership with the National Center for Safety Initiatives, through which we have engaged in a comprehensive background screening programs for our coaches. We have taken several important steps to ensure the highest level of safety within our programs. One of these steps is the implementation of a standardized approach to background screening. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about the screening process or our safety procedures.
